We provide AI assessment, voice reporting, web design, and hosting services through the AAAIBiz, VoiceReportAI, and MyBizMobi platforms. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through these platforms and services.
We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, business or organisation name, and details about your enquiry or situation. When you use the AI Steward voice system, we process audio recordings temporarily to generate transcriptions and responses. These recordings are not stored permanently unless you choose to save them.
We automatically collect standard technical information: browser type, IP address, page interactions, and referral data. This helps us understand how our sites are used and improve them.
We use your information to respond to your enquiries, provide the services you request, communicate with you about your engagement, and improve our platforms and services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing unrelated to our services.
Your information is stored on Australian VPS infrastructure with encrypted connections. Voice recordings are processed in real-time and not retained longer than necessary. When you contact us through the Steward system, your details are transmitted via encrypted email (Amazon SES) to Christopher Walker for follow-up.
For organisations requiring data sovereignty, custom Steward systems can be deployed on your own infrastructure. Your data never leaves your control.
We use Amazon SES for email delivery, Google Cloud Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech for voice processing, and Azure OpenAI for AI response generation. Each of these providers has their own data handling policies, but they process data only on our instructions and are contractually bound not to use your data for their own purposes.
